Lexi provides a social media scheduling and analytics platform that allows users to connect their Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts to schedule posts and track performance metrics. The Service may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By connecting your social media accounts to Lexi, you grant us permission to post content on your behalf according to your scheduled posts. We will never post without your explicit instruction through our scheduling interface.
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Some features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Lexi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that policy.
Lexi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
